[ncl-talk] Transition to Python

Dear NCL Users,

My question is on transitioning to NCL and Python.
I start NCL with "conda activate ncl_stable" (Windows).
I also have Anaconda3 2020.07 (Python 3.8.3 64-bit) installed.
To transtion, should the command "conda create -n ncl_to_python -c conda-forge xarray netcdf4 scipy pyngl pynio ncl" be run from within NCL(base), or with the Run command, or should something else be done?
