[ncl-install] "package not found"

Hello,

Thanks for the feedback!

Can I assume WSL is the Windows Subsystem for Linux? If so, you seem to be
actually on a Windows platform, then my first guess would be that conda
package management system cannot fetch NCL because it is looking for Win64
or noarch versions. This guess seems to be supported by the "Current
channels:" section in your terminal output; it only looked for Win64 and
noarch channels. However, NCL has only Linux and OSX files that are
downloadable via Anaconda (please see:
https://anaconda.org/conda-forge/ncl/files).

Despite my above quess, I have never experienced WSL and how Conda behaves
with it, so I might be mistaken.

Please let me know if that helps or I can be of further assistance.
