Dear Sir/Madam:
    My PC information:
My PC installed with ubuntu 20.04.2 LTS, and acoording to the WRF official website installed WRFV4.3 which need gcc/gfortran version a lilltle bigger, use "gcc --version" command shows gcc and gfortran all at version 9.3.0; but NCL official website only could downloat <ncl_ncarg-6.6.2-Debian9.8_64bit_gnu630.tar.gz> which had a maxmum version for gcc(6.3.0) and gfortran(6.3.0).
    My problem:
I download <ncl_ncarg-6.6.2-Debian9.8_64bit_gnu630.tar.gz> , and tar this file in /home/oniking/software/, then install ncl, and shows the "libgfortran.so.x" problem(sorry, i forget the detile about this preblem, should be shows about "<libgfortran.so.3> not found"), and use NCL official website method could not solve this problem, then i google this problem and solved it. BUT then problem ZLIB_1.2.9 showed after when i test ncl again(in normal mode), it shows " ncl: /home/oniking/Build_WRF/LIBRARIES/grib2/lib/libz.so.1:version 'ZLIB_1.2.9' not found (required by /lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libpng16.so.16)" , but when i comande in sudo -s to Super user mode, and then entry "ncl" to test, it worked, i can see ncl version and Copyright and so on, but in normal mode, entry "ncl" also not work.
I want to know how to install ncl in ubuntu 20.04.02 LTS with gcc and gfortran in version 9.3.0, or i install a lower version gcc and install ncl again, but the most important is the lower gcc had no influence to my WRFV4.3 WHICH NEED GCC IN VERSION 9.3.0.
    Thanks for your kind reply.
    Yours sincerely,
    Huanhuan Sun
