Hi Rich

Some of the Vapor web pages may no longer be relevant to the current 
stable version 3.2. See 
<https://www.docs.vapor.ucar.edu/downloads.html>. They have given the 
Vapor software a pretty thorough makeover in the last couple of years, 
so a lot has changed.
