[ncl-install] ncl install using conda

Hi Sangeeta,

Based on the error message, I think Lyndz’s advice regarding XQuartz could be the necessary fix. Please try upgrading/installing XQuartz and let us know if you’re still experiencing the same problem: https://www.xquartz.org/ <https://www.xquartz.org/>
