[ncl-install] ncl: error while loading shared libraries

Hi Karin,
I tried using uppercase V, and it didn't work.
(ncl_stable) [ceccr01 at localhost WPS]$     ncl -v
ncl: error while loading shared libraries: libnsl.so.1: cannot open shared
object file: No such file or directory
(ncl_stable) [ceccr01 at localhost WPS]$     ncl -V
ncl: error while loading shared libraries: libnsl.so.1: cannot open shared
object file: No such file or directory
