[ncl-install] Error while installing NCL-6.6.2

Hi,
I am using linux ubuntu 16.04, with gcc 5.4.0. I am trying to install the
latest ncl_6.6.2 version in my system and getting error "ncl: error while
loading shared libraries: libiconv.so.2: cannot open shared object file: No
such file or directory"
Though I have already tried the suggested methods, but not working. Any
help to solve this issue is appreciated.
