[ncl-install] Installing NCAR Graphics with PGI

I have a user who would like to use NCAR Graphics with the PGI compiler. I thought I had a successful build months ago. Executables like IDT worked, but in trying to use the libraries we have ran into errors. Has anyone built with the PGI compilers? Thanks.
