[ncl-install] Problem when try the third command as for the test NCL

Hello.
Today I tried to install NCL for plotting my data from Regional Ocean Modeling System model.
But, when I tried the third command from the Test NCL, it is not working.
Nothing happens and no PNG file appeared.
The command is:
ncl $NCARG_ROOT/lib/ncarg/nclex/nug/NUG_multi_timeseries.ncl
