[ncl-install] Help on ncl_convert2nc instalation

Dear NCL team,

I recently subscribed your platform because I am interested in one of your
products. I have some biophysical and hydrological information in the
format of shapefile that I need to use to feed a numerical model but I am
actually interested in having them in the format of netCDF. So, it seems
that ncl_convert2nc may help me to get the conversion. In that sense, I
would like to get some help to install the software and run my information
over it.

I would really appreciate any support!
