[ncl-install] How do you install a previous version of ncl?

Thanks Kevin. I downloaded v6.5 to use utilities with WRF/WPS v3.8 When I attempted to run plotgrids.ncl, it noted that I needed ncl v6.1

All binary releases of NCL starting with v5.1.0 are available on this site: https://www.earthsystemgrid.org/dataset/ncl.html

However, I’m curious if there's a reason why you specifically need v6.1? We strive to maintain backwards compatibility in NCL, so theoretically any functionality available in v6.1 should still work in v6.5.0.
