[ncl-install] ncl symbol look up error /lib64/libgdal.so.1

Hi,


I am using NCL scripts for plotting for a while. However, since last 
week, it complains as follows:


[**@manager WPS_2001]$ ncl_filedump met_em.d02.2001-12-30_12:00:00.nc

ncl: symbol lookup error: /lib64/libgdal.so.1: undefined symbol: 
sqlite3_column_table_name

[**@manager WPS_2001]$ ncl

ncl: symbol lookup error: /lib64/libgdal.so.1: undefined symbol: 
sqlite3_column_table_name

[**@manager WPS_2001]$ ncl -V

ncl: symbol lookup error: /lib64/libgdal.so.1: undefined symbol: 
sqlite3_column_table_name

[**@manager WPS_2001]$ uname -a

Linux manager 3.10.0-957.5.1.el7.x86_64 #1 SMP Fri Feb 1 14:54:57 UTC 
2019 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux

/usr/bin/ncl
