[ncl-install] Installing NCL and ESMF regridding software using conda

Good Day,

I currently have NCL V6.3.0 and since I've found out that the my current
NCL doesn't have the ESMF regridding software installed as well, I'm
planning on installing NCL V6.4.0. In this regard, i was wondering if I
were to install NCL V6.4.0 using conda, would this also give me an option
to install ESMF regridding software as well? If so, is there a guide on
doing so?
