[ncl-install] NCL - Installation problem - Libraries

Dear all,
             I tried to install a new version of NCL without success.

I followed the instructions from :
https://www.ncl.ucar.edu/Download/install_from_binary.shtml

*1/* I downloaded the ncl tar archive from:
https://www.earthsystemgrid.org/dataset/ncl.650.nodap/file.html
*ncl_ncarg-6.5.0-Debian8.11_64bit_nodap_gnu492.tar.gz*
*uname -m ----------> x86_64*
*cat /etc/issue ------> Linux Mint 17.2 Rafaela \n \l*
*lsb_release -d -----> Description:    Linux Mint 17.2 Rafaela*
*gcc --version -------> gcc (Ubuntu 4.8.4-2ubuntu1~14.04.4) 4.8.4*

*2/* And I unzipped the archive here : /usr/local/apps/ncl
With links :

*3/* In my bashrc file :

*And I get the following error messages :*
*[ko at boston ~]$ ncl: error while loading shared libraries: libiconv.so.2:
cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory*

I followed instructions from https://www.ncl.ucar.edu/Download/linux.shtml
*I installed libiconv-hook-dev and libiconv-hook1 packages but the error
message is still here*

Can you give me a hint of what could be the problem? Thanks in advance for
your feedbacks
