[ncl-install] NCL Error

Hello, good nigth.
I have a question. Currently, I work un NCL 6.5.0 in the meteogram script
but I have not managed to run it, since it does not plot anything, nor does
it throw me an error message. However, with version 6.3 I had not problem
running the script.
