[ncl-install] Error installing NCL on MacOS

Hello,
I have followed the instructions to install NCL with conda here:
https://www.ncl.ucar.edu/Download/conda.shtml
After the installation I attempted to test NCL in the suggested way and got
the errors below.
I would appreciate any suggestions you have to fix this issue.
