Hi Ehsan,

I’m sorry to hear that you’re having trouble getting NCL 6.4.0 installed. Unfortunately, we (NCL developers) are not in control of the packages available via “yum install”. If you need to use a yum-provided version of NCL and need it to be version 6.4.0, then you may want to contact the maintainers of the EPEL repository to request an update.

If possible, however, I would recommend downloading and installing a pre-compiled binary from our website: https://www.earthsystemgrid.org/dataset/ncl.640.dap/file.html <https://www.earthsystemgrid.org/dataset/ncl.640.dap/file.html>
