[ncl-install] Problem encountered installing NCL6.5 in Cygwin

Hello,

 

Thanks for your time tackling my problem.

 

After I updated my NCL to latest version,a tough nut showed up (See attachment). It told me that “cyggfortran-4.dll” wasnot exist. I never heard about this, and found nothing on Internet. I tried tore-download and re-install the original .gz file for several times, but theproblem was still there. So, I send this email to ask for your help.
