[ncl-install] NCL build for Opensuse Tumbleweed

Hi Ag,

We do not have a build of NCL specific to OpenSuse, although our conda package should work on any 64-bit Linux distribution: http://ncl.ucar.edu/Download/conda.shtml <http://ncl.ucar.edu/Download/conda.shtml>

Please let us know if that works or if you have any issues.
