[ncl-install] dyld:Libarary not loaded

Hello
I am new to ncl , I am using Mac with Mac OS Sierra installed . I installed
ncl using the conda package managers. However anytime I try running my ncl,
it gives me this error

dyld: Library not loaded:
/Users/ray/mc-x64-3.5/conda-bld/gcc-4.8_1477649012852/_b_env_placehold_placehold_placehold_placehold_placehold_placehold_placehold_placehold_placehold_placehold_placehold_placehold_placehold_placehold_placehold_placehold_placehold_placehold_placehold_plac/lib/libgcc_s.1.dylib

  Referenced from: /Users/bashir/anaconda/envs/ncl_stable/bin/ncl

  Reason: image not found

But when I checked, I found that my version of gcc fortran and gfortran is
latest version.


gcc --version
