[ncl-install] Compiling issues 6.4.0, PGI on Cray

I am trying to help a user compile her code. First off, I am not a programmer, but I believe this is an install error on my part. I installed the latest version, but I am getting the following error in trying to compile her code:

As far as I can tell, I did not get any errors in the build. I also don't understand why the error keep references where I built the NCAR Graphics, it is installed in /usr/local. Thanks.
