[ncl-install] Setting the X11 window size in the .hluresfile

Hi Adam,

without knowing your .hluresfile it is hard to help, but did you set the 
following lines (which work for Mac OS X):

! Make default X11 window larger (the default is 500x500)
*wkWidth     : 1000
*wkHeight    : 1000
