[ncl-install] Install failed - library not loaded

Hi Jordan,

Thanks for reporting this issue. We have been experiencing issues with the gsl package (a dependency of NCL) on conda recently, although we’re trying to figure out a permanent fix.

A temporary solution you could try would be to install our “development snapshot” build of NCL:
conda create -n ncl_dev -c ncar -c conda-forge ncl=dev gsl
