[ncl-install] Library failed to load

I tried to install ncl on my mac, which has  MAC OS X 10.12 (Sierra), but got the Library Not Loaded error message.
I attach a screen snapshot of the results from the troubleshooting commands.
Help will be greatly appreciated!
