[ncl-install] ncl 6.4.0 and ESMValTool?

Dear Sir/Madam, 

As you may know the ESMValTool is incompatible with ncl 6.3.0. Could you please let me know as precisely as possible when ncl 6.4.0 will be made availalable? If it is not available in the near future would you have a recommendation for dealing with this issue?
