[ncl-install] Test Version of NCL 6.4.0

Hello,

I am a researcher of the Istituto Nazionale di Geofisica e Vulcanologia (INGV), section of Bologna (Italy).

I see that in the next release of the NCAR programming language it’s included a function, called “simple_legend”, that works independently from the plot to which it refers.

Can I test the new function, or can you send me the update beta package with this function inside?
