[ncl-install] 【HELP】 Installing NCL under Cygwin/X (Windows)

Dear group,


    After installing Cygwin and NCL, I tried to test my installation of NCL and got this error message:


    $ ncl -v
    C:/cygwin/usr/local/bin/ncl: error while loading shared libraries: cygtirpc-1.dll: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory


    It seemed that I failed to install NCL? What should I do to solve this?
