[ncl-install] ncl- command not found

Sorry for the ​delay, I thought I had responded to this question already.

Did you install the 32-bit version of Cygwin? This is very important
because we don't support 64-bit Cygwin yet.

Also, did you set up your PATH and NCARG_ROOT environment variables as
described in the above link?

If you are not sure about any of the above, then please type the following
and email it back to ncl-install:

uname -a
env | grep PATH
env | grep NCARG_ROOT
which ncl
