[ncl-install] error in NCL installation

Hi,I would like to draw your attention to my error during testing NCL in my PC using Cygwin environment. I followed the process step by step suggested in the site Installing and running NCL under Cygwin/X (Windows). When I commanded to test the version of NCL, it showed an error as "error while loading shared libraries:cygX11-6.dll:cannot open shared object: no such file or directory". 
I will appreciate you cooperation in this regard.
