[ncl-install] Downloading a Linux Version of NCL on a Windows Machine

Hi,
   I am trying to install NCL on an Amazon Instance  (x86_64   Redhat), but to get the NCL binary there it needs to be downloaded to my Windows machine first (only machine I have access to).  Is there any way I can download the appropriate binaries without using the wget script which does not work on my machine?  I'd also appreciate if anyone has suggestions for installing NCL on an Amazon instance if they have done this already.
