[ncl-install] Issue with 'ng4ex xy01n -clean'

Hello,

I'm trying to install ncl on my mac laptop and I have issues with the 
command 'ng4ex xy01n -clean'.

I've tried to install it with the precompiled binaries, and also with 
conda. In both cases, I get this error message when trying to run ncl:

dyld: Library not loaded: /usr/local/lib/libgfortran.3.dylib
