[ncl-install] 【ask for help】A problem about reading data

Dear all,
I met a problem when I read a nc file,I put the script and nc file(precip.mon.mean.nc) in the same folder.
Also I tried to write the detailed path name,it still didn't work.
The first pic is my script.
Can anyone tell me how to fix this ?
