I am working currently on some GRIB data and looking for PyNIO program 
to convert this GRIB to a netcdf file.
Can you pl. provide me (if you have) with a link for PyNIO for ubuntu 
13.10 linux systems?

The link: http://www.pyngl.ucar.edu/Training/SEA2015/binaries.shtml does 
not have a release for ubuntu.
