[ncl-install] ncl install problem

Your gfortran is install in somewhat of a non-standard location, so the ncl
binary doesn't know where to find it.

Please go back to the same URL I included before, but to this section:

http://www.ncl.ucar.edu/Download/macosx.shtml#emutls_get_address

and search for DYLD_FALLBACK_LIBRARY_PATH. I believe you need to set this
to /opt/local/lib/gcc49
