[ncl-install] Problem after NCL installation

Dear NCL user,
I am using Ubuntu 12.04. After successful installation of NCL, unfortunately I stuck to login loop whenever I try to enter the desktop. Means my screen get black with only terminal option. 
This happened just after the installation of required NCL libraries. 
Can anyone assist me in this regard??
