[ncl-install] Help with NCL cygwin installation - error while loading shared libraries: cyggfortran-3.dll

Did you run the latest version of the X/Cygwin "setup.exe" program, and install the "gcc4", and "gcc4-fortran" packages as instructed at:

http://www.ncl.ucar.edu/Download/cygwin.shtml
