[ncl-install] What linux distro allows easy install of NCL 6.0.0 precompiled binaries?

F16 will have NCL 6.0.0.  There is a F15 build of ncl 6.0.0 here: 
http://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/buildinfo?buildID=261635 that I might push 
out if there is demand.  I tend to avoid larger updates in stable releases, so 
F14 is probably out.  I don't know how much the libraries have changed.  If 
they haven't changed much I could see a F14 update if there is demand.
