[ncl-install] Installing OpenDAP ncl

Thanks Mary.  The Debian one works.  I still get these warnings:

ncl: /home/cschreck/lib64/libssl.so.0.9.8: no version information
available (required by ncl)
ncl: /home/cschreck/lib64/libcrypto.so.0.9.8: no version information
available (required by ncl)

but it sounds like that's Ok.

Just so I know for the future...  Is there something that should have
told me that I needed Debian?  Here are my gcc --version and uname -a:

gcc (GCC) 4.1.2 20080704 (Red Hat 4.1.2-48)
Linux eyewall.ncdc.noaa.gov 2.6.18-194.26.1.el5 #1 SMP Fri Oct 29
14:21:16 EDT 2010 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux
