[ncl-install] I have question for NCL install

Dear Kbin,
It looks like you might not have downloaded the correct binary. Please see:
http://www.ncl.ucar.edu/Download/linux.shtml#ChoosingBinary
and make sure that you download the correct binary for your version of gcc.
If there's no match, then you may need to download the source code and build it yourself.
It's also possible you just have some broken symlinks. Check with your system adminstrator
about your gcc installation, and make sure your environment is set up correctly.
Also, if you google "GCC_4.0.0 not found" you will find some suggestions.
