[ncl-install] error with ncl command

Dear sir
     i'm successfully installed the ncl_ncarg-5.1.1 in my IBM-AIX server.
when i'm tring to type the command for my WRF model output visualization it
gives the following error. I don't understand what may be this error. kindly
help me in this regards.
