[ncl-install] rainbow color table

Thanks for the replies. I hate to ask dumb questions but what exactly do I
need to download to run these commands?
So far I've just seen your web page with the nice ncview_default and have
downloaded nothing.
Do I need a binary build, or do I need the source code?

Where is the $NCARG_ROOT where I can download an ASCII file?
