[ncl-install] ncar problem

hi  i have ubuntu 8.1 whit gcc 4.3.1 and 4.2.3

ive done the 1-8 principal steeps from the instalation page of ncl 5.1 http://www.ncl.ucar.edu/Download/install.shtml#LinuxMacNotes

and the 1-3 steeps form the 9th  principal steep

ncl is working good, but with ncarg by the time when im compiling 
i have the next problem
