[ncl-install] mjo_phase_background

Dear NCL/NCARG users,
 
I am testing package of the Madden-Julian Oscillation Climate Variability and a fatal error that occurs.

In compilation to file (mjoclivar_15.ncl) show:

 fatal:Undefined identifier: (mjo_phase_background) is undefined, can't continue

but the function "mjo_phase_background" is defined in library diagnostics_cam.ncl in line 3561. I don't understand this error.
Someone help me?
