[ncl-install] yy_current_buffer error in scanner.c

Hi Susan,

Please go to:

http://www.ncl.ucar.edu/Download/build_from_src.shtml#Troubleshooting

and look at the fourth bullet: "[Any version] If you get the following
errors when building the code in the $NCARG/ni/src/ncl directory".

This should solve your problem, I think. You will need to download
that flex.tar.gz file and follow the instructions for building
it.
