[NARCCAP-discuss] Sea Surface Temperatures (SST) in NARCCAP

I don't see SST's explicitly listed as a parameter in NARCCAP.  
However, in Tbl 3 there is a "surface (skin) temperature". Is this the  
same thing (when over the ocean, of course) as the SST?
