[NARCCAP-discuss] Sea Surface Temperatures (SST) in NARCCAP

Set
TS would be specified over the ocean from either observations (in the NCEP runs, but not a prognostic NCEP variable) or from the coupled global models. Over land, TS would be a prognostic variable from the land model within the RCM.

TAS always comes from the regional models. In any event, the two are not equal but are highly correlated.
