[NARCCAP-discuss] DEM for UDel Temperatures

At PCIC, we are looking to compare the biases of RCMs in complex terrain to their grid box elevations and to do the same thing for observations but the documentation of UDel temperature refers to a DEM that was used.

It's not quite clear if the DEM used is that described in the Willmott and Matsuura 1995 reference or if a different DEM was used. Does anyone know which DEM was used and where we might be able to access it?
