Okay, well, I don't know if this phenomenon has a name...maybe call it the
"send and spot" troubleshooting solution, but literally 10 seconds after I
sent the email I discovered that I had given the config file the wrong
array name (APCP_A06, when it should be APCP_06).
DOI! Sorry to bother. You may disregard this help ticket.
