[Met_help] [rt.rap.ucar.edu #99150] History for Help with running TC-Pairs tool

Hello,

I have been trying to load TC-Pairs, but I get an error message
stating: trouble
reading file:

ERROR  :
/glade/p/ral/jntp/MET/MET_releases/8.0/share/met//table_files/met_header_columns_V9.1.txt
I have cd to this directory; however, the latest version is
met_header_columns_V8.0.txt.
I also tried running the older version of MET/8.0, but when I want to run
TC-Stat, I have issue with the following command lines: tc_stat \
lookin $MET_TUTORIAL_DATA/output/tc_pairs/tc_pairs_sandy.tcst \
-job filter -dump_row $MET_TUTORIAL_DATA/output/tc_stat/OFCL_sandy.tcst \
-amodel OFCL
It's unable to recognize the lookin and amodel command. I will appreciate
your help with this.

Can you check that your MET_BASE env variable is set to point to the
9.1
installation?
E.g. MET_BASE=/glade/p/ral/jntp/MET/MET_releases/9.1/share/met/

Thank you for your last email. I replaced the MET_BASE with the line
above;
however, I am still receiving an error message.

Hi Hana -
>From the screenshot it doesn't look like you have the complete command
line
syntax.
E.g. it appears that you have the 'lookin' option but without the '-'
...
Let me know if you are able to get through the rest of the example.
