Dear,
      It is said that MONC Urban LES model is maintained by MET(Model Evaluate tools) group, so I sent a e-mail to you.
      I want to learn using MONC model to simulate Urban flow, so I need a manual or a Guide.
      Please give me a help.

Hi

Thanks for inquiring about RAL software.
The MET project does not maintain any LES models.
RAL does have an Urban LES model under development but I do not know
if it
will be released for general use.
You might consider the PALM-4U Urban LES model from IMUK for open
source
